Full Day Onsite Seminar:

A full day of training. Sessions focusing on adopting kaizen and lean manufacturing within the production department of your theatre company.

Scheduled time in your shops to work with employees to address the specific challenges that your shop faces. Employees will begin to devise a plan to address waste and begin the re-organization process using lean manufacturing

Extended stays may include additional courses in shop design and reconfiguration and instructor-led re-organization sessions.

Onsite Seminar: $500 per day plus travel expenses

* Travel expenses are negotiated based on location and duration

Workshop:

Schedule a one-hour online workshop for your organization. We will discuss the basics of lean manufacturing and how the application of lean principles can benefit your producing organization. Following the workshop, there will be one-hour of scheduled break-out sessions where employees will work to identify waste within the organization and find solutions that eliminate waste from the workplace.
